Go to:
Settings > Connection & sharing > Private DNS > Private DNS provider hostname > Type dns.adguard.com and click on Save.
Your ad (s) will be blocked.
This will block google related ads and others that are marked as ads in adguard dns server.
To check if dns is working or not:
1.Visit https://ads-blocker.com/testing/ before applying dns.
2.Visit https://ads-blocker.com/testing/after applying dns and refresh the page.
